Morgan County’s plan was just approved by Secretary of State last week and is as follows:

3 Voting Centers for election day:

• Morgan County Youth and Wellness Center
• East Valley Elementary School
• Ezel Elementary

Any voter can vote at any of the three locations.

Early voting will begin on Tuesday October 13, 2020 at the Morgan County Government building located at:

450 Prestonsburg St.,
West Liberty, KY

on the third floor. Voting will be conducted from 8 AM-4PM Monday – Friday  and 8AM-Noon Saturdays through Monday November 2.
